Weather agencies documented further inland effects from Isaias as its remnants moved through the southeastern United States. A National Weather Service account updated on 11 October identified an EF0 tornado at East Arcadia in North Carolina.
The agency’s event page also described plans for additional damage surveys. NASA’s MODIS account on 12 October placed the inland developments in the broader progression of the storm after it reached the Gulf Coast.
A scheduled survey does not itself establish a completed assessment or a final tornado rating elsewhere. This follow-up concerns the inland aftermath, rather than a second landfall or a live warning for every place along the storm’s route.
