CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were sent to five days of judicial custody, reports published on 14 October said. The proceedings followed their entry into Jantar Mantar on 13 October after the site had been closed to demonstrations.
Police alleged that the action breached conditions attached to their earlier release. A third person, Ajinkya Shinde, was released on a bond, according to the reporting on the proceedings.
