Your original files, downloaded backups, other browsers and devices, emails and hosting records are outside this control. You can request help with operator-held data from the privacy contact.

Keep a backup before continuing. After erasure, new reading history is off. One local safety counter remains to stop old tabs restoring erased data; it contains no reading information and is not sent anywhere.
